Job Title: In-Office Licensed Insurance Sales Professional

Job Description: This is an In-Office Licensed Insurance Sales Professional role with a base pay $40,000

Total compensation opportunities fall between $75,000 and $100,000+ annually.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with an hour for lunch.

Location: 11235 US Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408

Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:

• Outbound and inbound sales communication
• Composing emails and text messages
• Offering additional products to existing customers
• Achieving performance goals: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis
• Participate in professional development and training

Requirements:

• Two years of Insurance Sales Experience
• Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state
• Ability to obtain non-resident licenses or have the ability and willingness to do so
• Strong time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A drive for success
