We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor to join our team. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your knowledge of the market, real estate law, and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in providing a seamless and successful real estate experience for our clients. Bilingual candidates who are fluent in are strongly encouraged to apply.

Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate transactions
- Market properties through various advertising platforms
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Prepare and review real estate documents, such as purchase agreements and leases
- Maintain client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors

Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license in the state of Texas
- Proven experience as a Realtor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
