COMPANY DESCRIPTION

LPG is a residential property management, maintenance, and remodeling company based in Toledo, Ohio. We're looking for a results-driven leasing and sales consultant to join our team.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first impression of our company and responsible for promoting and leasing residential properties to prospective tenants. Your primary goal will be to effectively market properties, answer phone calls, conduct property tours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects.

• Provides current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service to retain residents and lease properties.
• Screening tenant applications using our tools, verifying income and references, and making informed approval decisions.
• Discovers, engages, and advances each prospect and follow up until they have set an appointment, found a home within our portfolio, or decided not to move.
• Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.
• Handles incoming leads by phone, email, Zillow, and Facebook.
• Posting properties for rent in our company database, RentManager, as well as Zillow and Facebook
• Logs all activity into company provided databases in a timely and accurate manner.
• Accurately communicates the benefits and features of the property portfolio.
• Stays up to date with all market trends.
• Provides accurate information to residents and prospects in a courteous manner and fills all reasonable requests or requirements.
• Maintains companys customer service and sales standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Live in Toledo or surrounding area.
• Must possess good attitude and willingness to learn. Customer service and sales skills required.
• High attention to detail, organization, and accurary required
• Serve in a team environment and demonstrate company core values
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Position properties so they are attractive and have curb appeal

BENEFITS

• Hours of Work: Minimum of 40 hours of work per week.
• Holidays: Standard 8 paid holidays
• Benefits/Opportunities: Health insurance offered, 80 hours PTO (accrued up to 100 hours) Health/dental/vision after 60 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
