We are looking to hire MOTIVATED individuals that are looking to start their career in a fast growing insurance industry! No experience needed in-house training provided and will be paid training. Must be able to obtain Health Insurance license. All cost associated with pre-licensing and obtaining 2-40 or 2-15 license will be covered.

Job Description: FULL TIME, IN OFFICE. MEDICARE SALES AGENT

Pay structure: Base plus commission

This a full-time, year-round opportunity providing a base salary plus commissions, and sign-on bonus based on experience/performance.

Duties:

• Maintain a focus on meeting all sales goals and other key performance indicators.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, and scheduled training sessions.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and be resourceful.
• Be coachable, open-minded, and open to constructive feedback.
• Adhere to attendance policies and notify management of any unforeseen absences or tardiness
• Maintain and keep current all licenses and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications:

• Insurance Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medicare Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Health Insurance License-240 (Preferred)
• Sales experience preferred; strong telesales experience.
• Persuasive communication, attention to detail.
• Demonstrate ability to attain daily sales goals, self-motivated and SALES DRIVEN..
• Strong computer skills and able to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and detailed written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 in your first year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
