Community Sales Counselor
We are looking for a Community Sales Counselor who is responsible for achieving organizational occupancy goals through prospect centered selling, building meaningful relationships and reinforcing the King David brand. The Community Sales Counselor will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to creatively plan, develop, organize, and execute the sales and marketing plan for the King David Beachwood Campus. The Community Sales Counselor will be responsible for occupancy growth and maintenance of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care within the King David Beachwood Campus service lines. This role will work closely with the Move-In Coordinator relating to internal transfers within service branches throughout the campus.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or work experience in related a field

• Minimum of three years experience in health care marketing, public relations, sales or customer service

• Knowledge of senior living and health care payers, state and federal guidelines is preferred

• Possess excellent communication skills including verbal, written, telephone, text with a variety of targeted audiences

• Ability to flourish within a fast-paced, dynamic, and transformative environment

• Comfortable speaking in front of small/large audiences in person, via virtual platforms, live stream, video

• Possess a solid track record of proven results, including overcoming obstacles, mining for new business and empowering others.

• Passionate about serving the senior population and as a brand champion

• Must be proficient in multi-tasking and managing simultaneous deadlines

• Must have the flexibility to adjust hours of work, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in Customer Management Software and Electronic Medical Records systems applicable to the role

• Must demonstrate empathy and compassion to connect with customers
• Must be inspired to serve the needs of our customers

• Must possess a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
