Job Description

As a Product and Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling calls and inquiries regarding landscaping product purchases and information
• Assisting customers in selecting the right products and services for their needs
• Managing sales transactions and processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Multi-tasking between various responsibilities including sales, product knowledge, and office support
• Filtering leads for different divisions within Evans Landscaping, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and sales roles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to grasp and learn Evans product and service knowledge
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in office-related tasks and administrative skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs
