Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales. Your excellent communication skills and knowledge of retail math will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product features - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Basic understanding of retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, and sales totals - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. Pay: $76,929.00 - $89,087.00 per year
