Summary: Generates Sales Revenue by answering telephone calls, verifying and entering items, explaining product features, checking customer buying history, and creating customer lists using results of marketing strategies.

Essential Functions:

1. Obtains inside sales orders by answering telephone calls, verifying and entering information to convert calls to sales

2. Increases inside sales by explaining product features/benefits, checking customer buying history, suggesting related items, and providing quotes.

3. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on data received from marketing strategies.

4. Contacts existing customers to update database and create window for product needs.

5. Troubleshoots and resolves technical and delivery issues of customers.

6. Quotes prices and prepares sales orders.

7. Estimates delivery dates to customers based on knowledge of production delivery schedules.

8. Coordinates customer training, demonstrations and maintains literature.

9. Enters new customer data and other sales information into company database.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 45 per week
