Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities by understanding customer needs and preferences
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Organize and maintain a database of potential customers and leads
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales deals
- Utilize sales software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline
- Make cold calls and engage in outbound sales activities to generate new leads
- Deliver persuasive presentations and public speaking engagements to promote products
- Use retail math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and financing options
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales techniques
- Excellent public speaking skills for presentations and promotions
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing calculations
- Multilingual abilities are a plus

Pay: $48,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
