We are looking for motivated, sports-minded team members to hire immediately for our full-time Entry Level Sales role. Ideal candidate has a drive to succeed and desire to achieve his or her greatest potential. You'll be trained in how to deliver interactive sales presentations while building an outstanding rapport with each customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Professionally canvass neighborhoods door-to-door and create new accounts for AT&T fiber internet based on pre-qualified corporate leads
• Use existing lead list to qualify homeowners for solar energy products for their home
• Gather the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar energy solution
• Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics and participate in continuous training for improvement
• Set follow up appointments to consult any outstanding customer questions
• Strategically network and expand your customer base
• Confidently provide focused customer service

REQUIREMENTS

• Outstanding customer service experience
• Outgoing and self-motivated
• Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Desire to help homes and families save money and live more sustainably

HOUR AND BENEFITS

• Consistent & flexible schedule, Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (half day Friday option) and Saturdays optional 9 AM-1 PM.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
