We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling various insurance products to meet the needs of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong desire to help others protect their assets.

```Duties:```
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential clients
- Educate clients on different insurance options and coverage limits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

```Skills:```
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Previous experience in insurance sales is an advantage

Pay: $80,000.00 - $154,483.06 per year
