Floor Coverings International- Northshore NOLA

Salary- 60,000-120,000

*Sales experience is required; In-Home sales is preferred but is not a requirement.

*Experience in building lead flow will be a huge part of your success.

*This Position has both- a generous base pay plus heavily incentivized sales commission.

*Training on our computer systems as well as materials is fully paid for.

*Position is considered M-F Flex Full-Time with an occasional evening or Saturdays

*Candidate will need to be self-driven for sales with expected operating sales levels in excess of 800,000.00/annually after the first year.

*Position will have expectation for self-generated lead flow as well as paid networking.

*This Position is based in Covington Louisiana, daily office time is not required with the exception of team meetings and sales associated meetings.

*Mobile Showroom sales vehicle and vehicle expenses are fully paid for.

*Tablet and proprietary software are provided at no charge.

Our process is to provide our customers with in-home estimates for their desired project. These projects may be LVP, Laminates, Engineered Wood, Solid Wood, Traditional Wood, Ceramic/Porcelain Tile and complete Bath and/or Kitchen restoration.

We work with a hand selected group of professionals for our projects, these include Plumbers, Electricians, Frame and Wall, Painters, Fixtures, etc. All this just so we can provide a finished project!

Key Responsibilities:

Follow Floor Coverings International (FCI) processes and integrity.

Operate Company provided leads as well as your own self-generated leads.

Act as single point of contact for client/customer throughout project.

Communicate project needs, production checklists and project plans for each project.

Maintain customer relationships for support as well as future referral projects.

Be willing to learn up to date training materials as provided by our company.

Enjoy all expense paid convention trip to Cancun/Cabo/etc each year.

Qualifications:

Must have valid drivers license.

Sales experience is a qualification.

Flooring sales experience preferred but not required.

Ability to provide past performance documentation of self-generated sales or lead generation.

Ability to successfully pass background check, including driving record and other pre-employment screening.

Schedule:

Flex Full-Time M-F with occasional Evenings (no late nights) and Saturdays on occasion.

Occasional Home Show attendance with weekday hours adjusted for balance.

Federal Holidays are off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
