Responsibilities:

Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage gaps, recommending appropriate insurance products to meet customer needs.

Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Generate leads, cross-sell, and upsell insurance products to enhance customer coverage and retention.

Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.

Stay updated on insurance industry trends, product knowledge, and State Farm guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the insurance industry is mandatory. We are currently looking for a seasoned insurance professional.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and insurance carriers.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in policy documentation and customer information.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer skills and experience with insurance software is an advantage.

Possession of a property and casualty insurance license is required.
