Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Buckeye RV in Wilmington, OH. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of RVs and their features.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
