Responsibilities

-Service as the primary point of contact for commercial customers, answering their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support with commercial insurance policies.

-Assist agents in quoting and servicing new and existing clients insurance products.

-Provide accurate and efficient information regarding coverage options , claims procedures, and policy changes.

-Assist clients in filing and managing insurance claims, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, listening to their needs and providing the best solution possible.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer concerns

-Requirements:

Current Licensed Insurance Agent

-Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor

-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

-Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of quoting software and general computer knowledge

-Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure

-A Professional and positive attitude with a commitment to providing top-notch service
