We are seeking a Sales Representative in the Lima/Findlay, OH area. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to develop and expand new business in the Northwest OH area, through communicating LBCs values and managing complex, multifaceted charity/location/vendor/partner relationships.

If you have experience in sales/account management/building customer relationships, have strong communication skills, can work independently, and want to contribute in a sales environment, we want to hear from you!

This position at times will require occasional evenings and weekend meetings, depending on the customers needs. Must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid drivers license, good driving record, and able to successfully pass a drug test and criminal background check.

This is a full-time position and pays a competitive base salary plus incentives in addition to a comprehensive benefits package and company vehicle. Required Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years related work experience

Desired Education & Experience:

• Some post-high school education
• Five years sales experience with proven success in achieving revenue/sales goals.
• Previous account relationship management experience
• Experience in the BINGO or gaming industry.
• Experience working independently and with mobile computing technology.

Physical/Other Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Must have ability to lift 70lbs. on an occasional basis to assist with ticket machine installation.
