LAW ENFORCEMENT INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE -Non-exempt position

-Solicit sales orders via email and phone from Individual Officers and Police Agencies.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Process/enter quotes and sales orders into NAV which are emailed, mailed, or faxed.
• Turn quotes into sales orders, check inventory, and cost codes then take to the Warehouse or to Purchasing to process/order.
• Gather a detailed list from agencies or IOPs wanting to trade-in weapons, accessories, etc. Request trade pricing from appropriate person/company then process and enter quote into NAV and send via email.
• Process individual officer buybacks and/or checks in lieu. Collect proper paperwork, serial number(s), and payment.
• Handle walk-in departments or individual officers. Collect proper paperwork needed for the sales and call in 4473 if necessary. Also, pull product and invoice.
• Support Outside Staff Sales Representatives process quotes, sales orders, follow up with customer if more information is needed, etc.
• Check status on existing orders - IOP & Agency.
• Send finalized invoices to departments.
• Process returns whether into Kieslers or back to the manufacturer.
• Promote specials and up-sale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
