- Assist sales representatives in generating leads and closing sales

- Prepare sales presentations and proposals for clients

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or other CRM software

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies

- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

- Entry level experience in sales or customer service roles
