Full description of the position

MobilityWorks is a leading provider of wheelchair accessible vehicles and adaptive equipment for individuals with mobility challenges. We are currently seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Sales Representative at MobilityWorks, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing them with the freedom and independence they deserve.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including individuals with disabilities, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Actively promote and sell our range of wheelchair accessible vehicles and adaptive equipment.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle or equipment to meet their specific needs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive or healthcare industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge of adaptive equipment and mobility solutions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
