Full description of the position

POSITION SUMMARY
The National Director of Sales, Strategic Partner Services will develop and manage strategic relationships with all non-provider organizations within and adjacent to, the healthcare industry. This position will promote the companys capabilities to all applicable strategic partners and work with the Solutions and Strategy team when applicable, to develop or create new service offerings or hand-off M&A opportunities. In addition, this person will be responsible for signing new mulit-year partnership agreements with customers and then work with the Operations team to ensure revenue capture and the Finance and Business Development team to meet all profitability goals for this business.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establishes and develops relationships with strategic partners, primarily at the executive management level, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities for all parties.
  • Qualify all opportunities with a frequently updated Ideal Customer Criteria to maximize selling time and minimize operating costs.
  • Work with our existing partners to maintain and grow our current revenue stream and create new growth opportunities
  • Focuses on larger organizations where multiple Agiliti service solutions will apply.
  • Work with both companies cross-functional areas, such as, Quality, Supply Chain, Field Operations, Legal and Pricing to ensure meaningful and profitable revenue streams.
  • Primarily focus on service solutions that are reoccurring in revenue versus project-based revenue.
  • Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline that is filtered by the SPS Ideal Customer Criteria and documented in the companies CRM
  • Develops strategies and relationships where partners serve as a sales extension of Agiliti.
  • Aligns the Agiliti value proposition with like-minded service and consulting organizations.
  • Sets and drives accountability for internal budgets and goals with selling organization.
  • Coordinates strategies and activities with Corporate Operations and Field Sales and Operations teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in medical equipment service sales, service solutions sales.
  • Bachelors degree in the Business, Marketing, Communications or Healthcare Biomedical Engineering required, MBA preferred.
  • Experience in both clinical engineering service sales AND operations preferred. Experience in Quality is a plus.
  • Experience in developing and managing large strategic B2B partnerships in a service-related field preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Understanding of medical device industry trends.
  • Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under time constraints.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Executive Management and senior level staff with customers.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and drive performance.
