We are an independent insurance agency who represents multiple highly rated insurance carriers. Salary and commission rate varies based on experience and other factors. Retirement plan offered after first year of employment.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team. As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies and providing excellent customer service to clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong desire to help others protect their assets.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and make recommendations for additional coverage or policy changes
- Negotiate insurance premiums and terms with clients to ensure the best possible rates
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools
