We are seeking an experienced Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our New Stanton, PA team to take that location to the next level of parts sales. This position is responsible for generating new customers and developing the existing accounts to increase sales and overall customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate must exude positive energy and perseverance to develop and grow sales for our parts business. Applicants MUST have a minimum 3 years of experience in auto or commercial truck parts or diesel engine repair.

This individual will be driving a company vehicle and must have a good driving record along with a valid license. Applicants should be reliable, friendly, customer focused and team oriented.

JOB DUTIES:

Be an active/aggressive parts salesperson, with the purpose to fulfill our customers needs for truck and trailer parts with special emphasis on the all-makes parts business.

Seek and develop new customers for profitable growth.

Write orders, properly price orders and check availability as required.

Be an effective administrator, and have the ability to communicate with people.

Achieve market penetration goals through the identification of customers by utilization of a prospect system, market research and sales contact.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Three years experience in auto or commercial truck parts sales or diesel engine repair REQUIRED.

- Previous experience in B2B sales highly desirable.

- Strong communication skills to include excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid time management and analytical skills are necessary.

Strong computer skills required.

Self-motivated, self-starter.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
