Join the International Packaging, Inc. team! We're hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator, who will play a pivotal role in supporting a fast-paced sales team in a high-energy environment!

This position involves coordinating various aspects of sales operations including order entry, maintaining CRM, communicating with customers, and administrative tasks. The Sales Operations Coordinator works closely with the Sales Representatives, the Sales Manager, and the Production Department to optimize sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: Compensation starts at $20.00/hour. Paid time off and health Insurance.

As a Sales Operations & Marketing Coordinator, you will:

Support the Sales Team throughout the entire order process. This includes order entry to completion.

Communicate with Customers on order requests, quotes, samples, and lead times.

Utilize CRM to update opportunities, customer information, vendor pricing, and project updates.

Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, shipping, purchasing, and sales to ensure timely delivery of sales orders.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate personnel.

Serve as a point of contact for external partners, vendors, and customers as needed.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Attend production meetings and communicate updates to the Sales Team.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Familiar with standard sales processes, CRM tools, and reporting

Coachable, positive, and solution-focused

Team player with the ability to work well with all levels of management, as well as customers and vendors

Education/Experience:

2 years of Sales or Operations support required.

Applicants are encouraged to hold a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and taking phone calls

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
