Full description of the position

Recruitment and placement of candidates with clients. Building and continuing partner relationships in industries such as manufacturing, general labor, warehouse, traffic control, construction, etc. Field team member management in the field, and processing weekly payroll.

Responsibilities

• Place job ads and respond to CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other online recruitment platforms daily
• Local recruiting in the metropolitan area
• Prescreen for job placement
• Walk candidate through application process
• Everify
• Schedule training with manager for flagging operations
• Distribute and manage PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Dispatch and follow up to dispatch for jobs ensuring adequate coverage and proper PPE on the job
• Drive to job locations to check in with clients and field team members
• Weekly payroll processing
• Client relationship maintaining and building

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently.
• Strong work ethic
• basic computer skills
• Valid driver license and registered/insured vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
