• Follow standard operating procedures
• Attend team meetings
• Assist with promotions and marketing of events
• Drives customer service through engagement and product knowledge
• Create social media posts for local events
• In Store Product Knowledge Classes
• Executing Appointment and Lead Goals
• Communicate with Administration and Sales Teams
• Communicates to Administrative team regarding schedules and events
• Attends required training sessions to improve product and customer service base
• Builds rapport with business partners

Summary
The Appointment Setter position requires a candidate with strong core skills in English, customer service, sales, and communication skills. Premium skills such as negotiation, B2B sales, telemarketing, and technology sales are highly valued. Experience with Salesforce, technical sales, inside sales, Spanish language proficiency, and CRM software is a plus. Additionally, relevant skills in business development, outbound calling, marketing, and warm calling are beneficial for success in this role. The ideal candidate will also have experience in social media management and a strong background in customer service.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
