Total Facility Care is a growing commercial cleaning and building maintenance company and we are looking for a Business Development/Outside Sales Executive to join our work family. This is a Full-Time 40-45 hour per week position that is not your typical 9-5 job so flexibility is a must! This position will be eligible for benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, STD/LTD and life insurance, and paid time off. The Business Development/Outside Sales Executive will build a strong reputation that enhances and represents the character of TFC. Developing long-term business relationships that result in referrals and additional business opportunities for TFC, targeting the geography and industries that are the best fit.

*PAY INFORMATION*

  • The compensation for this position is base pay plus commission and benefits. The base pay will start at $60,000/year. A successful candidate can expect to earn 40-50% plus of their base salary in commissions!

*WHAT YOU WILL DO*

  • In short, we are a commercial cleaning/building maintenance company and your goal is to be out in the community/market gaining new business for us to service.
  • Develop and maintain an active prospect pipeline of new and potential customers in the market to meet TFCs customer and growth goals.
  • Knock on business doors and create strong relationships in the community to generate leads and new customers
  • Prepare business proposals to prospective clients including labor, pricing, and scheduling
  • Represent and promote TFC and our brand well in the community
  • Review financial statements and activity reports to determine progress in achieving department objective and revise according to current conditions
  • Continuously looking for better ways to improve the business development function with an entrepreneurial mindset

*REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION*

  • 5 years prior B2B business development and sales experience
  • Fluent in excel and financial modeling
  • Fluent in Word and proposal creation
  • Strong computer skills and verbal/written skills
  • Must have a reliable means for transportation, and a valid Drivers License
  • Must be willing to consent to/pass a background screen
  • Desire to be a part of something larger than yourself
  • Strong work ethic and desire for long-term employment
  • No visible tattoo's or facial piercings
  • Works hard but also like to have FUN while getting things done!
