Job Description

Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Property Manager to oversee Lakeview Court Apartments in Noblesville, IN and Jefferson Place Apartments in Fortville, IN. This position requires a highly motivated, organized, and team-oriented leader to manage a total of 262 units and 3 staff members.

Responsibilities and Duties

• All duties & tasks to effectively manage two residental communities
• Oversee all marketing & leasing efforts by one Leasing Agent
• Utilize Revenue Optimizing Software (Yieldstar) to manage renewals and new leases
• Create & follow an annual budget
• Review Financial Statements and execute Variance Reporting
• Maintain a motivating work atmosphere while developing staff
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor & Corporate Maintenance Staff on Property & Cap Ex Projects

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience as a Property Manager required
• OneSite Software experience preferred but not required
• CAM/ARM Designations preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
