Retail store in Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak hiring for an Evening/Weekend Manager.

Fast paced environment most of the day. Opportunity for growth in a company that is opening new locations in Metro Detroit.

This position would be strictly afternoon/evening (about 11a-9p) and weekends (7a-4p), five days and preferably 50 hours per week.

We are expecting an extension of hours. While not necessary, the ability to work till 11 PM is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Team Members.
• Assisting in team member rolls (cashier, stock shelves, serve soup, heating food, general cleanup).
• Keeps all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated.
• Resolves difficult customer situations.
• Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, Bachelor degree preferred.
• 3 years experience working in a retail environment, previous management experience desired.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
• Proficient computer skills in excel, word and email. Able to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Evening/Weekend availability.

Preferred:

• Till 11 PM availability.
