InventHelp, Americas largest inventor service firm is currently seeking a full-time Sales Appointment Setter. Our company has been servicing inventors since 1984. The company headquarters is in the Robinson Township/Crafton area of PA. We maintain the largest network of regional sales offices of any similar firm: 60+ cities in the US, Canada, and Australia. At InventHelp, we know talented people are our greatest asset.

The ideal candidate must be well spoken, dependable, with excellent customer service skills. This position offers an hourly wage plus generous bonuses along with benefits. Required work hours are 10:00am -6:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on leads provided to schedule appointments and discuss InventHelp services with interested individuals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Superb organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge and demonstration of excellent phone etiquette
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Ability to follow rules and regulations according to company policy and federal and state laws
• Ability to work independently and be a team player
• Previous telemarketing and/or inside sales experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must
