Leasing Consultants are vital to the success of our Apartment Community. We are seeking a dependable individual with a friendly, outgoing personality, positive attitude, professional appearance and excellent listening skills to fill the Leasing Consultant position at Links at Fayetteville. If you have at least (1) year experience and have worked with Yardi, you are the ideal candidate.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Leasing Consultants work under the direction of a Community Director.

• Greeting and assisting residents and guests
• Showing and leasing apartments
• Performing office duties and maintaining leasing office and clubhouse
• Handling all other duties assigned, including actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws
• Must live on-site
• Must pass credit and criminal background check and drug screening
• Must have valid drivers license
