We are actively seeking a Sales Development Rep to join our exceptional and rapidly growing global team. The position is based out of our New York City office located near Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan. OpenAsset employs 80 people and is growing rapidly. OpenAsset has partnered with Marlin Equity Partners, an $8bn private equity fund, to help the business scale its sales, technical and management capacity to meet accelerating demand for its B2B SaaS product.

Sales Development Rep Description

We are seeking an entry-level go-getter eager to immerse themselves in a best-of-breed sales process. You are excited to learn the ropes, exhibit diligence in accomplishing tasks, showcase your intellect, and ascend the sales ladder. This opportunity allows you to grasp sales and marketing automation techniques, understand pipelines, and develop your pitch.

Sales Development Rep Responsibilities

  • Prospect target companies and generate leads interested in learning more about the product.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Engage potential clients through proactive outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Collaborate closely with our Account Executives to set meetings and drive sales.

Sales Development Rep Skills and Experience

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Intelligent, charismatic, and driven.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Loves dancing, long walks on the beach, and unique music mixes, whether from jazz, Disney movies, or old school reggae.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Demonstrates persistence and resourcefulness.
  • Bachelors Degree Required.
