The Village at Germantown, a premier residential home for adults 55 and over, is currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join the growing, dynamic Sales and Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to earn money based on your extraordinary sales skills with our great commissions structure PLUS a competitive base salary to boot! Successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to, and achieving, the team sales goals by selling to assigned leads through presentations to prospects, family members, and financial advisors.

If you have the skills and personality to SELL, SELL, SELL, we want to talk with you! Interpersonal relationship skills, along with the ability to effectively track, cultivate, and close leads is paramount. Experience with sales software systems a plus.

Duties include handling telephone inquiries, managing a database of leads, sharing information about the community, touring potential residents, and showing The Villages positive advantages and attributes. Must enjoy working with others to create and maintain an inviting and welcoming community to guests and residents.
