Position: Project Specialist/Outside Sales

Role Overview

As a Project Specialist at Empire Roofing & Exteriors, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of roofing and exterior projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be instrumental in achieving our company's growth objectives. This position will require outside sales and roof inspections.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their roofing and exterior project requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, taking proactive measures to address them and keep projects on track.

- Communicate regularly with clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and oversee the work of subcontractors and on-site personnel.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to project execution.

- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, and progress reports.

- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the company's growth initiatives.

- This is a sales position that can require roof inspections.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
