Sales Associate Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to provide best-in-class guest service
• Past sales experience
• Must be able to educate customers on outdoor equipment and apparel
• Must have extensive knowledge of products in the outdoor industry
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Opportunity for a full-time position
