```Duties:```
- Develop and implement strategic plans and programs to enhance career services for students and alumni.
- Provide leadership and direction to the career services team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and employers to develop internship and job placement opportunities for students.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on resume writing, interviewing skills, job search strategies, and career development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and labor market information to provide accurate career guidance to students.
- Establish and maintain relationships with employers, alumni, and community partners to expand job opportunities for students.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data related to student outcomes and career services effectiveness.

- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team of career services professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with students, faculty, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of career development theories, job search strategies, and employment trends.
