FullScope Sports is in search of an experienced Sales Associate. We are looking for a team member that will work on the retail floor to assist customers and keep our stores operating effectively and efficiently.

Qualifiers:

• 3+ Years of running store, sporting goods, or 5+ retail footwear sales experience.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Help increase retail sales with creative ideas to drive sales traffic in-store.
• Experience in accessory sales and the ability to increase accessory sales.
• Experience with retail POS system and the ability to maintain correct inventory levels.
• Prepare and ship online and Amazon orders from 3rd party shipping account.
• Ensure the retail store is clean, presentable to customers and stocked appropriately.
• Passionate, positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Willing to go above and beyond when needed to take care of the client
• Supports all FullScope Sports initiatives, activities, and special events.

Job Type: Full-time (25 to 35 hrs. per week)

Pay: $10-12 per hour, depending on experience

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Sales Experience: Running Shoes or Sporting Goods : 3+ years (Preferred)

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
