Requirements:
Previous experience in Auto Sales required
Toyota experiences highly preferred
Previous experience in Preowned vehicle sales highly preferred
Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building
In depth knowledge of the dealerships vehicles, finance options and sales process
Strong intuition to anticipate which cars will appeal to different customers
Great listener to best determine a customers wants and needs
Persuasive to convince customers to make a purchase
Excellent negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring profit for the dealership
Organization and time management skills to handle multiple customers at once
Excellent sales techniques to help customers through the buying process
Being approachable, friendly and connect with people of all ages and backgrounds
Understand social queues that help adjust the tactics to suit a customers personality better
Excellent verbal communication skills to accurately describe car models and features
Being competitive and able to meet and exceed dealerships objectives
Valid Drivers license
Work authorization in the US
Job Responsibilities:
Interact and consult with customers to guide them through the purchase with the best experience
Assist customers to select the right vehicle fitting for their lifestyle
Present vehicle attributes, model, features, finance or lease options and store policies and service to customers
Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers
Be proficient in using CRM to track appointments and manage customer info
Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories with attending product training courses
Work with Sales managers if TO is necessary and beneficial for closing
