As a Real Estate Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and building relationships with potential sellers and buyers.
• Managing the sales transaction from start to finish.
• Hosting events and open houses.
• Marketing and promoting properties.
• Writing and negotiating contracts.

Requirements to apply:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Willingness to obtain a Wisconsin Real Estate license within 3 months (We offer a scholarship program for eligible candidates who need to complete their pre-licensing course*).
• Undergo a background check through DSPS during the licensing process.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
