Outbound Sales Representative at Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electric!

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric is looking for a HVAC Maintenance Technician with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team.

The Outbound Sales Representative focuses on securing sales, generating leads, and promoting the Snyder family membership plans.

What You Will Do:

  • Outbound Sales Calls
  • Provides excellent customer service.
  • Serves customers by promoting Snyder Family plan, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
  • Documents work performed in accordance with company procedures.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.

WHAT YOU NEED:


    • Minimum 1 year of experience in phone sales or customer service experience.
    • Ability to proficiently utilize computer technology and scheduling software.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
    • Energetic and personable with a willingness to assist our clients on the phone.
    • Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
    • All other duties as assigned.
  • Desirable Qualifications
    • 3 years of experience in Sales or Call Center Sales environment.
    • Experience with Service Titan software
