experience. The primary responsibility of this job is to drive sales and revenue by
coaching, training, and holding real estate agents accountable. In addition, we expect

Responsibilities:
Leadership Excellence: Lead, mentor, and empower our sales force to
consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales quotas through comprehensive
training and coaching sessions.
Strategic Guidance: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies,
ensuring alignment with company objectives and values. Drive continuous
improvement by refining field sales action plans and monitoring performance
metrics.
Relationship Management: Cultivate, nurture, and support our real estate
agents by developing meaningful relationships through one on ones. Act as a
point of escalation for the outside sales team, providing guidance and resolution
as needed.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize CRM systems to track and analyze sales statistics
and KPIs, enabling informed decision-making and proactive adjustments to sales
initiatives.
Community Engagement: Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and foster
active participation in relevant groups and associations. Serve as a beacon of
inspiration and motivation, encouraging both personal and professional growth
within the sales team.

Qualifications:
At least 5 years of sales experience and a minimum of 3 years of Real Estate
Sales experience
Strong business development process and sales pipeline orientation, including
effective use of CRM systems
Basic knowledge of sales process, methodology and data required
Active Real Estate License in the state of Florida
Expectations:
4 days a week 8:30am-5:00 pm in the office
Availability on weekends and as needed
Requires some work in the field with agents
Uphold company policies and procedures consistently
Engage regularly with assigned agents, providing guidance and support
Demonstrate professionalism and fairness in all communications, embodying
leadership qualities
Monitor adherence to company guidelines and policies, fostering a culture of
accountability

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
