The Team
The Listings and Relationship Management team builds core relationships across the C-suite, Investor Relations, and Legal within publicly traded companies. We offer and support a large portfolio of products and services that solve business challenges and help support public companies at any stage of their journey in a variety of ways.
As a Sr. Managing Director on the West Region RM Team, you will
  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts.
  • Create demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
Additional Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
  • Facilitates client meetings presenting all available information.
  • Proactively reaches out to accounts to ensure there are no retention risks/losses.
  • Provides information about the organizations products and services by raising their profile with customers through face-to-face presentations and phone conversations.
  • Responds to escalated customer issues.
  • Employees in this role are eligible for a Sales Commission Plan
  • Education Required: MBA, MSc or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience Required: At least 8 years, Sales experience preferred

The base pay range for this role is $103,900 - $173,100. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
