Director of Association Management

The Director of Property Management will oversee all property-related activities of PMI Meridian Management in Naples and Southwest Florida. In addition to the management of daily operations and staff, the Director of Property Management will play an important role in onboarding new residential, short term, and HOA and condo communities and scaling growth for the company in Southwest Florida. The Director of Property Management must be extremely trustworthy, have a strong work ethic, and have at least 5 years of prior experience in the field as an association manager.

Position responsibilities:

• Oversees all operations of association management of the company and ensure the company provides high quality service to all homeowners and association boards.
• Grow the HOA and condo portfolio.
• Manage portfolio of residential properties, short term and seasonal rentals, and condo and HOAs.
• Direct supervisor for all managers, maintenance, and operations of the Southwest Florida Association Division.
• Create and implement training policies, processes and procedures for existing and newly hired or acquired personnel to ensure proper management of all associations are met.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews for all personnel.
• Oversee the association management operations of the company, ensuring that business plans are being executed within budget and given deadlines.
• Support all managers with the oversite of major projects and dealing with vendors to ensure on time projection completion.
• Oversee the hiring process for all personnel and make final recommendations to the owners of the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $65,000 annual salary plus bonus for company performance (paid bi-weekly)

Qualifications: Associates or Bachelors Degree with progressive experience in property management; Florida license in community association management or Florida real estate license required; experience working in a larger property management company preferred; strong entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude, and ability to move quickly to grow the company; excellent problem solver and motivator of people with a high degree of professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

License/Certification:

• Florida Community Association Management License (Required)
