About us

Storm Guard is a locally owned exterior remodeling company out of Verona, WI. We perform all renovations on the exterior of the home including windows, doors, roofing, and siding. We are growing at a rapid pace and are looking for motivated, talented reps to join our team. We provide all leads and screen them for you to sell each week. We utilize one of the top sales systems in the industry, are backed by over 150 5-star reviews, offer top of the line products, and the best warranties.

If you want to be paid what you are worth and enjoy talking to people outdoors this position is for you! Our compensation package includes health insurance, uncapped commissions, 401k match, performance bonuses and beach vacations! We will train you with our proven sales system and first year reps can expect to make anywhere from $60k-$100k+ in the first 12 months. One of the most important factors for us is team culture so we are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow alongside the company.

Responsibilities

• Run sales appointments scheduled in your calendar
• Utilize and maintain company vehicle for sales appointments
• Use estimating software to accurately bid projects
• Track and follow up with all open leads
• Utilize sales tools and systems at your disposal
• Open to training and are coachable
• Be a part of the team and have fun!
