Sales specialist

Company Background:
Goldencell USA. Inc is a newly established company in Northern California. Its parent company Shandong Goldencell Electronics Technology Co., Ltd is a leading Lithium-ion battery manufacturer. It integrates R&D, manufacturing, sales, and services of LFP/NCM cells and batteries into one place. With continuous business expansions, Goldencell has become a group corporation. Goldencell addresses the battery storage areas. We are looking for a channel sales manager. This position provides the successful candidate the opportunity to join and lead our North America Sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and close sales opportunities by the Companys overall strategic plans and financial objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with battery storage (To C) channels and strategic accounts.
Actively pursue direct sales leads with installers, distributors, investors, and utility companies.
Assist with a forecast of revenue on a regular basis and review sales results to ensure that established targets are being met; take corrective action where required.
Assist the product management teams to define and improve the product portfolio for use in the US market.
Work closely with the global operation management team to ensure that sales targets are being met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
BA/BS degree. BS in a related technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering or
Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
Minimum 5+ years experience in technical sales.
Previous experience in the battery storage industry will be a significant advantage.
Strong sales skills and ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Experience in identifying, negotiating, and closing large dollar deals.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel 50-70%.

Strong oral and written communication in English. Being bilingual (both English and Chinese) is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Experience:
Technical Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
