Objectives:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As an Anne Fontaine brand ambassador, you will work closely with our General Manager to achieve the below objectives:

- Manage and supervise a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Proven track record of business growth and exceeding personal sales/KPI goals with experience in a selling environment
- Great fashion aesthetic with a passion for selling and styling clients
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve all sales goals
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
