Full description of the position

Marietta Auto Sales is seeking a Internet Sales Manager to join our growing team in Marietta, GA! The position of the Internet Sales Manager is an individual producer role, with guaranteed volume opportunity. This position is responsible for effectively managing the Internet leads with the help of AI, setting appointments, submitting deals and selling the car.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain an accurate customer database through our CRM system(VIN Solutions)
  • Must be able to structure and submit deals to bank. This includes and is not limited to working the bank for the best possible results.
  • This position requires penciling as well as presenting customer numbers and closing your own deals
  • Collect and analyze metrics/run reports
  • Forecasting goals and objectives
  • Standard reporting managing set, shown, and sold appointment percentages. Tracking of inbound and outbound contact volume by method
  • Working closely with other department managers to maintain top customer satisfaction standards
  • Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all departmental employees
  • Train, mentor and motivate a team of lead recipients and manage by setting positive examples
  • Support staff and clients by handing escalated calls/situations
  • Ensure all customer follow-up is in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with service and other parts of the sales departments to ensure high quality service
  • Prepare, train and update all scripts for appointment setting and follow-up calls for
  • Develop and execute internet and phone campaigns
  • Maximizing sales and profitability of the Sales department to agreed levels of performance

Requirements:

  • 2 years Automotive Internet / BDC Sales Director experience/Sales Manager/F&I experience
  • Superior phone communication and customer service skills
  • Experience managing & leading a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude for your team
  • Ability to Manage a Team of Internet Sales Agents
