OEM Car Audio is a company that specializes in OEM original car audio products and services. We are seeking individuals that possess excellent SALES and Customer Service skills. We have immediate opening in our Richardson, TX location. Our online Business Sales Representatives primary role is sales and customer service interaction, which entails selling and introducing our Original Car Audio products and services to our customers mostly over the phone. Must have great customer service and sales ambition for your success.

*******Primary Responsibilities: ********

-Providing a quality customer service experience to our valued customers delivering exceptional sales customer service and generate new business and increase sales.

-Sales Representatives work with customers to determine their needs and verify information to sell them the correct product or service that we provide.

-Sales Representatives commit to becoming a car audio sales expert

-Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.

-Achieves individual sales goals and customer service goals.

-Will be exposed to learning operations and will have the opportunity to grow and advance in your career.

-Process customers orders, payments, cancellations, and any other function that may be required -Assist in modify our eBay listings.

Candidate Qualifications:

-Prior sales and or customer service experience or strong desire to work in sales

-Demonstrated job stability

-Solid computer navigation skills in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.

-Photoshop and basic knowledge of HTML highly desired but not required.

-Excellent telephone sales personality skills.

-Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.

-Honest, ethical, assertive and systematic.

-Solid work history

-Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

-eBay, Ecommerce and Amazon experience a PLUS.

• Salary $18-$20 Plus commission
