The Wellness Coach manages the experience for our guests. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, believe in all natural solutions, are interested in developmental opportunities, and have a passion for helping others. Wellness Coaches are comfortable helping our customers via telephone or in person, we listen to our guests, learn and give guidance regarding the right products for their needs, and enjoy delivering 'wow' experiences! Hearing from customers that our products have brought them relief, happiness or helped them through a tough time is what motivates us the most. This Wellness Coach position is an on-site position at our Newton Natural Life locations.

Hours: Part Time/Full Time, 5 day work week (must be willing to work weekend and evening hours).

Pay Rate: starting at $16/hour with growth opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

A Natural Life Wellness Coach s responsibilities revolve around Customer Service and Store Maintenance. These are the most important concepts to be comfortable with when working at Natural Life:

• Greeting customers appropriately and warmly
• Inviting customers in by interacting with them and getting them involved
• Providing transparent and well-informed knowledge about our natural wellness products
• Maintaining inventory on the sales floor through timely and regular restocking
• Completion of daily and weekly scheduled tasks
• Receiving and imputing inventory when shipments arrive
• Organizing and Cleaning the store throughout the shift
• Open and timely communication with team and supervisors as needed
• Upholding and following the company's core values and code of ethics

**Shifts hours vary; most shifts are between 5-9 hour

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU :

• Possess a high school diploma
• At least 6 months of prior retail customer service experience
• Consider yourself a 'People Person' who enjoys interacting with others
• Enjoy a collaborative environment encouraging individual growth
• Have previous knowledge about Cannabinoids, Mushrooms, Kratom, and/or Kava (product knowledge not required)

Position Requirements:

• Succesfully complete the Natural Life wellness coach certification training.
• Create and maintain strong rapport with guests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of all the products offered and their benefits.
