At Vivax Pros, our Sales Development Representatives are the first step in our customers experience. This role would consist of generating leads for potential clients for the company while delivering on our promise of exceptional customer service.

Salary: you expect to earn $45,000-$65,000 your first year

Duties and responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients face-to-face at their homes
• Ability to be on your feet and moving for extended periods of time
• Receive training that can translate to a career path in Project Management, Outside Sales, or Leadership
• Gain a solid knowledge of exterior home structures and functions; and express these to prospective clients confidently
• Gain a deep understanding of Vivax Pros products, services, and what differentiates our company from others
• Coordinate with company appointment setters to schedule prospective client estimates
• Enter leads and appointments made every day to earn commissions
• Work with other departments for large-scale company sales events throughout the year
• Participate in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis in groups or 1:1 with mentor/manager
