Seeking a customer focused professional to join a local Fremont Organization. This is an opportunity for someone who is seeking a great opportunity to join a well-established team. In this role you will get to work closely with the sales team while supporting customers. The duties include the following but not limited to:

• Process customer purchase orders, provide customers with delivery details while confirming orders
• Attended weekly team meetings
• Support the Sales team with inventory, shipment status and logistics
• Assist with generating reports, product demands and customer trends
• Place inventory orders, assist with managing inventory and get to work with the HQ fulfillment team for orders status
• Work with multiple departments on shipping orders to ensure timely updates and deliveries
• Work with freight forwarders, customer brokers and vendors to monitor shipments
• Get to assist with the preparation of monthly shipping and sales reports to the management teams

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations or related field would be ideal
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Great written and verbal skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Great attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be a team player
